As I talk about the art of being healthy on all levels, I know as humans we are not perfect, and therefore I have created a planner as a tool to make it easy for me to monitor my health-check. Meaning I use the method of planning, journaling to watch my weight and what I eat as well as my daily exercises. To be on point, I focus on all three aspects of mind, body and soul as a whole. The body is a system that must function as one and should not exist without the other, the blessing of this lesson is that we all can find ourselves not paying attention to our body as a whole. But the art is to discover ways to create a method that works for you, mentally, physically and spiritually.
